Since 1971, Mike’s Drive-In has been serving up the best burgers and shakes in town! 🍔 Mike’s was founded by Mike Martin, who opened the first location on 47th and E. Burnside in Portland. In 1973, he moved the restaurant to its current home in Milwaukie at 3045 SE Harrison St. Todd Freeman joined Mike’s as a 14-year-old employee in 1976, with a dream of owning his own business one day. In 1983, after Mike's tragic passing, Todd purchased the business from the Martin family, continuing the legacy Mike started. Today, Todd is still an integral part of Mike’s Drive-In, honoring its roots while serving the community.

At Mike’s, we believe in quality and freshness. Every item is made-to-order with locally sourced ground chuck beef and hand-sliced veggies, prepared fresh daily in our kitchens. With over 10 unique burgers featuring fresh, never-frozen beef, and more than 30 milkshake flavors, there’s something for everyone to enjoy! We’re proud to showcase Oregon’s finest flavors, from fresh local strawberries and raspberries to wild huckleberries, which shine in our shakes during peak season in August and September.

Our motto says it all: “All food cooked fresh to order, so it’s hot and delicious just for you!” Whether you’re grabbing a classic burger or treating yourself to a $1.49 soft cone, you’ll find delicious, made-to-order comfort food every time. Stop by during Happy Hour, Monday through Thursday from 2:30 to 4:30 pm, and enjoy free fries or tater tots with any regular burger or sandwich.
