Cooks & Back of House
COOKS & BACK OF HOUSE
(Full Time and Part Time positions)
SUMMARY: A Fast Food Cook completes food preparation duties according to sanitation and hygiene standards in order to quickly and accurately fill customer requests. This involves operating all kitchen equipment, cooking restaurant menu items according to recipe and presenting or packaging food items. Cooks may also direct less-experienced workers through the food preparation process. Cooks work directly under the General Manager or Shift Manager.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Food Handler’s Certification is required.
At least 1 year of cook experience in a food service is preferred.
Training is available and encouraged.
COMPUTER SKILLS: Basic computer skills are required in order to operate POS (cash registers) systems.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position will require long periods of standing on hard surfaces, occasionally in warm temperatures. There is also likely to be extensive lifting of supplies and materials and moderate to loud noise.

Cashiers & Front Of House (Full Time and Part Time positions)
SUMMARY: We are looking for Cashier and Front of House employees. Training is available, however prior experience is preferred. Teamwork makes our store run the right way.

CASHIER/FOH ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Take customer’s order correctly along with modifications of the food items
• Work with ice cream machine, milkshake creation, and drink fountain.
• Assist in bagging food items properly
• Communicating to customers over a loudspeaker that their order is ready to be picked up at the window
• Portion certain food items correctly so that when they are ordered the can be the correct amount
• Cleaning the restaurant along with the property when necessary
